We see you lookin for a deal! Want the same delicious GF sourdough for less cheddar? You’ve found it! These loaves were baked Saturday morning and frozen Saturday afternoon. Simply thaw & enjoy like normal! NOTE: these loaves are unsliced. 

Your frozen loaf is ready for pick up Wednesday between 11am and 3pm from the Wednesday Farmers Market in Bend, OR.

Not located in Bend, or cannot make it to the market? No problem! We also ship via Priority Mail throughout the United States and Canada. Your bread will be shipped Wednesday morning.

Store your loaf in an airtight container, beeswax wrap, or plastic bag for up to five days at room temp. Think you'll take longer to eat it? No problem! Pop it in the freezer and pull out a slice to toast for up to six months.

    Great sourdough

    I have really been enjoying your bread. I bought three loaves of it and followed your instructions to slice and freeze what I wouldn’t use within a few days. I really enjoyed the flavor. I do find it was a little dry and the crust pretty hard to get through. I also wonder if it was because we had 100° temperatures and it was shipped over the weekend. I think if it were a little cooler and I received the bread sooner than three days after shipping, I might’ve been able to avoid the dry factor. Regardless, it is the second type of bread I have had of yours and I really enjoy it and will continue to support you. Thank you for providing a great gluten-free option.

    Gluten free sourdough bread that is so tasty, made with love, and shipped right to my door when I can't get to Bend. I enjoy the bread toasted and topped with goat butter, jam or cheese. I slice up my loaves, wrap slices individually in parchment paper, store in freezer bags and freeze. It's the best!
