How This Works

Orders are due by Monday evening to be included in each week's bake. Making this bread for you in a four-step process spread out over two days. Now that's slow food!

We bake Tuesday evening & Wednesday morning and your fresh loaf is ready for pick up Wednesday 11 am - 3 pm at the Bend Farmers Market or Thursday morning (9 - 11:30 AM) at our shop located in the Root Cellar at 1289 NE 2nd St in Bend, Oregon.

Not located in Bend? No problem! We also ship via Priority Mail throughout the United States and Canada. Your fresh bread will be shipped Wednesday morning.
