- Monday & Tuesday: We mix and ferment the dough, allowing flavors to fully develop.
- Tuesday Evening & Wednesday Morning: Each loaf is carefully baked to golden perfection.
- Wednesday: Your bread is at its peak—fresh, flavorful, and ready to enjoy.

Fresh loaves are available for pick-up on Wednesday between 11 AM and 4 PM at Starbird Women’s Health in Bend.

Store your loaf in an airtight container, beeswax wrap, or plastic bag for up to five days at room temp. Think you'll take longer to eat it? No problem! Pop it in the freezer and pull out a slice to toast for up to six months.
