Care Instructions:
Feed equal amounts of flour and water (in weight) daily if kept on the counter and being used every day.
or
Store in the fridge if not using every day and feed once a week with equal parts flour and water after discarding 50 grams.
We highly recommend you do *not* use a gluten-free flour blend to feed your starter as there are too many variables. Brown rice flour, cassava flour, or quinoa flour work best.

Store your loaf in an airtight container, beeswax wrap, or plastic bag for up to five days at room temp. Think you'll take longer to eat it? No problem! Pop it in the freezer and pull out a slice to toast for up to six months.
