Because slow food is the best food, our bread is crafted over three days using traditional fermentation techniques:

  • Monday & Tuesday: We mix and ferment the dough, allowing flavors to fully develop.
  • Tuesday Evening & Wednesday Morning: Each loaf is carefully baked to golden perfection.
  • Wednesday: Your bread is at its peak—fresh, flavorful, and ready to enjoy.

Pick-Up in Bend
Fresh loaves are available for pick-up on Wednesday between 11 AM and 4 PM at Starbird Women’s Health in Bend.

Store your loaf in an airtight container, beeswax wrap, or plastic bag for up to five days at room temp. Think you'll take longer to eat it? No problem! Pop it in the freezer and pull out a slice to toast for up to six months.

    Delightfully Dense GF Bread

    I haven’t eaten bread for years after trying many gluten free breads that unfortunately had a strange after taste. Then I discovered your GF sourdough bread at the NW Crossing farmers market and am delighted to be having toasted bread once again!

    I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease a few months ago. The most challenging part of transitioning to a gluten-free diet has been finding bread with a hearty consistency, texture and taste more like the bread I was used to.
    While visiting family in Bend I stumbled onto your fabulous bread at the farmer's market - I was saved! I don't live in Oregon and am in a more rural area where fresh gluten-free bread isn't isn't readily available.
