Why “Paleo-ish”?

In the spirit of transparency, this loaf is made with our naturally fermented brown rice starter. While traditional Paleo excludes grains, some make exceptions for fermented rice due to its improved digestibility. We’ll let you decide — but around here, this is a founder favorite and a staple in our own kitchen.

How to Get Yours

This loaf will be baked once 30 pre-orders are placed — and we’re already on our way with 10 loaves spoken for!

When we reach the goal, we’ll bake and ship to all customers who reserved one, or make it available for pickup at your local market of choice.
